What is Herbal incense?

Herbal  incense was originally formulated to present a more natural, earthen fragrance ideal for more traditional meditation techniques. It produces a mixed smoke of various herbs & botanicals that, during incense burning during meditation, leaves a lingering, more natural scent on the pallet that some find very relaxing or stimulating.


Why is Herbal incense so popular?

Over the last few years herbal incense has grown in popularity. Millions of people around the world have used it and continue to do so. But why? Well, first off, they smell great around the house. The cool light smoke keeps your house fresh and calm. It’s great for covering up the old scent of previously cooked meals or animals while filling your house with amazing aromas. Chances are you have either used herbal incense before, or have walked into a house while they were burning.


How long until I get my order?

Shipping times vary based on your location. All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. However, in rare cases, due to post office delays, it can take longer.  Most of our clients receive their package in less than a week.*

*For international orders, the shipping times vary. 


Are your products shipped in discrete packaging?

Yes.  Our packages are either manilla bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes.  Both are discreet and will not have the name of the product on the outside of the packaging.

What is the best way to store herbal incense?

It is best to store herbal incense in a cool, dry, dark, air-tight container.


I have been ripped off by other supposed incense sellers, can I trust you?

YES! You can trust us to offer you authentic herbal incense at a great low price. We usually  respond to all emails within hours.

What sort of payment do you accept?

At this time, we take  VISA credit /debit cards and pre-paid money orders.  Please note, your credit card must be an official VISA credit or debit card. Pre-paid or gift cards will not be accepted due to potential fraud.

Once we receive your money order, we will send out your order the very same day along with a tracking number. (NOTE: International orders with standard shipping do not receive tracking numbers from the USPS)

 

Why won't my credit card work?

Your credit card has limited abilities
If you're not sure of the cause of the decline, ask your credit card company. Below are some common reasons for charges declined due to credit card limits:

  • Your credit card limit was reached (insufficient funds): Check your credit limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day we tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your credit card company to increase your limit.

  • The charge exceeded the maximum amount allowed for a single charge: Check the maximum amount your card can be charged at a single time.  If it can't be, try asking your credit card company to increase the limit. You can also enter a new credit card with a higher limit. 

  • Your card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period: Check how many times your card can be charged in given time period. If you've reached this amount, you can make a payment with a different form of payment. You can also talk to your bank about increasing this limit or wait until your card can be charged again.

  • Your card doesn't accept charges from an online source: Make sure your card allows online transactions. If it doesn't, talk to your credit card company about allowing AdWords Express charges. Or, use a different card as your primary form of payment.

  • Your card doesn't allow international transactions: Make sure that your card can accept international charges. Due to the nature of this business, we have to process credit cards in an overseas account.  Please check to see if your bank allows these kind of transactions.

Your credit card information was incorrect

Make sure that you entered your credit card information correctly. Below are some common issues to look for. 

  • Incorrect expiration date: Review the expiration date on your credit card. If your card expired, add an up-to-date credit card to your account, and assign it to be your primary form of payment.

  • Incorrect credit card number: Make sure that the credit card number is correct and up-to-date.

  • Incorrect billing address: Make sure that the billing address you gave for your credit card match those that your credit card company and your bank have on file.  It has to be exact.



Does herbal incense contain salvia, THC,  cannabis or any controlled substances?

Herbal Incense does not contain salvia, THC, cannabis or any controlled or illegal substances.  We are 100% DEA complient.

 

Why is herbal incense all over the news lately?

On November 24, 2010, the DEA announced that it would make JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and cannabicyclohexanol, which are often found in synthetic cannabis, illegal. These certain ingredients are now placed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act which came in to effect on March 1, 2011.  However, NONE of our products on this website contain ANY of these!  We are 100% DEA complient.

So, is herbal incense legal?

Here's the short answer: Synthetic weed isn't illegal.   Some of the chemicals that can be used to make it are illegal. However, since NONE of our products contain any of the illegal chemicals, most of our herbal incense is not illegal. 

Are your products legal in my state?

All of our products comply with all 50 state laws.   Go ahead and place an order with us.  We have our website to automatically inform you if your state will allow our products or not.
